your tasks
1. ensure effective hr guidance for assigned unit(s) throughout the performance management process (pmp).
2. provide hr consultancy for assigned unit(s) across the employee lifecycle through close cooperation with all hr roles.
3. advise management on local employment laws in compliance with policies and local md mandatory procedures.
4. ensure implementation of corporate hr processes, guidelines, and hr programs in daily collaboration with corporate hr from headquarters (e.g., md programs and processes for recruiting, pmp, leadership, compensation and benefits, etc.).
5. fulfill, monitor, report, and analyze kpis and hr data on a regular basis to guide the organization and hr team on relevant measures.
the team
offers hr consultancy for assigned units, guides managers through performance management, advises on employment laws, and ensures corporate hr processes compliance. They monitor kpis, maintain hr data quality, and ensure adherence to internal and external regulations, including iso/iatf standards.
your qualifications
1. bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. 3 - 5 years of work experience in relevant area.
