Business overviewcorporate credit management mexico ("ccm") is a transversal team supporting the corporate clients groups of the mexico platform and multinational groups.
the ccm team works to ensure coverage, monitoring, and execution of all counterparty risk requests for the corporate platform.responsibilitiesperform credit analysis and prepare credit memoranda for assigned accounts, including new transactions, annual reviews, renewals, amendments, waiver requests, and financial updates.coordinate the credit process among risk, coverage, and product teams to ensure an efficient turnaround of transactions.maintain reporting related to portfolio review, including pipeline tracking, exposure tracking, and other general reports such as wl reports and high‐risk leveraged lending.ensure proper maintenance of credit management systems (crf and mca).
coordinate and optimize credit process interactions, ensuring timely production of credit proposals and circulation to the credit committee.attend bank meetings and/or client calls with the relationship manager.anticipate credit issues and alert local management on all related hot topics.manage and monitor the credit quality of a portfolio of assigned corporate clients and prospects, including periodic review of borrower financial statements, covenant compliance reports, press releases, news articles, and rating agency and equity analyst reports.
