what will you do in this role?
you'll be part of a dynamic technical team, supporting both pre-sales activities and project execution.
your role will be essential in ensuring that our electrical solutions meet customer needs and are ready for production.
your main responsibilities will include:
? Supporting the sales team by gathering and analyzing technical requirements during the pre-sales phase.
? Translating customer needs into clear and feasible engineering designs.
? Reviewing the design and application of distribution boards (panelboards, breaker panels, etc.).
? Validating the technical scope of equipment before production.
? Participating in the electrical engineering of orders for manufacturing and testing.
? Providing technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
? Assisting with product and solution demonstrations.
? Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams.
? Applying knowledge of pmi methodology to support project execution.
? Learning and applying process control and root cause analysis techniques.
what do you need to apply?
? A degree in electrical, electromechanical, or related engineering fields.
? 1 to 3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical support roles.
? Knowledge of pmi methodology and project lifecycle fundamentals.
? Experience gathering technical requirements and translating them into engineering designs.
? Familiarity with design software (electrical or mechanical).
? Advanced english for technical conversations with native speakers.
? A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
