key responsibilities
enhance and optimize hyperscalers (azure, aws, gcp) platform focusing on reliability, restoration, change velocity, and tco.
support complex incident resolution and root cause analysis in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
grow as a technical expert and contribute to sap's hyperscalers platform community of practice.
what you'll bring
recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
experience in any of the hyperscalers (azure, aws or gcp).
experience in modern operations engineering principles is an advantage.
experience in implementing, configuring and managing cloud infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, network, and security components.
develop and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
observability experience – nice to have.
finops experience – nice to have.
ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.
english fluency.

about the team
the hyperscalers platform operations and engineering team focuses on improving the reliability of the hyperscalers platforms for the line of businesses units through sre principles and on improving the platforms operations through development of automation and different in-house solutions (mainly based in python).
