1. Employee onboarding and offboarding (building access cards, parking spaces, fixed asset management).
- organizing monthly afternoon tea for pregnant employees, "happy friday" events, and mexican cultural festival activities.
- procurement of office supplies.
- making official payments for mexican office expenses (related to the office).
- coordinating with suppliers for the mexican office's needs and procurement.
- handling reimbursement for local mexican employees.requirements:
1. Responsible, at least two years of administrative experience, proactive, strong communication skills, outgoing personality.
2. Fluent in english.
