Major tasks:
1) assists with the development of department budgets.
2) coordinate department budget with review process and follow up on deviations, and research cost discrepancies for resolution.
3) create, forecast and maintain special budget reports to aid management in cost control and planning.
4) develop concise and accurate data analysis and clearly communicate findings.
5) in charge of purchasing; acquires any supplies that field and facility processes requires; keeps all records of payment.
6) liaison with procurement, regarding lease invoice payments and all other lease related issues.
7) maintain and process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy.
8) process weekly and bi weekly payroll for labor and contractor personnel.
9) process payment for field services such as land rent, housing, etc.
10) iso and oshas focal point maintain and organize all pr documents and employee files.
11) vehicle administrative control.
12) solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
