As an administrative assistant, you will provide administrative support to the warehouse area by controlling and processing documents related to merchandise receipts and invoicing.
ensure the correct preparation, filing, and tracking of the required documentation to ensure efficient operations in compliance with company policies.
the administrative assistant role typically reports to a supervisor or manager and is located either within the company or in a designated customer service center.

*responsibilities*
- receive, and record incoming merchandise documents.
- verify invoices against orders and shipments.
- prepare outgoing merchandise invoices following tax and commercial guidelines.
- enter product, supplier, and customer data into the management system.
- monitor the signing, filing, and control of invoices and related documents.
- support inventory control by documenting incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- maintain up-to-date physical and digital billing and receiving records.
- comply with our established quality, safety, and hygiene policies.

- degree in logistics, transportation, administration or similar
- minimum 1 year in similar roles (receiving merchandise, invoicing, administrative filing).
- manage administrative systems (erp, oracle, wms).
- excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills, for exports and imports.
- handle excel and office suites.
- manage tax documents (cfdi invoices, credit notes, remittances).
