launch and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize performance, productivity, and quality across diverse operational regions.kpi governance & benchmarking:design and implement a robust global kpi governance system.
establish and monitor benchmarks for operational effectiveness, driving alignment, transparency, and accountability.operational maturity assessment & roadmapping:conduct thorough operational maturity assessments.
analyze gaps, create strategic improvement roadmaps for each location, and ensure tracking of progress.opex community leadership:build, inspire, and grow a vibrant global network of operational excellence practitioners.
deliver structured training, facilitate sharing of best practices, and build operational improvement capabilities.global framework deployment:lead global development and rollout of tailored operational excellence frameworks (lean, six sigma, tpm, agile, etc.).
ensure frameworks deliver sustainable and measurable improvements.innovation & technology enablement:identify, advocate for, and drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies (automation, digital twins, ai, and ml) to amplify operational efficiency.
oversee training and rollout globally.requirementsat least 2 years experience leading projects.demonstrated full project cycle experience with lean six sigma black belt (no green belt).
experience with agile methodologies (scrum, waterfall, lean, or kanban).
data-driven focus (cost-reduction, production time improvement).
risk and cost evaluation skills.experienced with bpmn process mapping.conversational english (c1, efset quick test will be applied).
