in this role, you will play a key part in strategic execution, influencer relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with client objectives and fully integrated with the agency's broader communication efforts.responsibilitiesdevelop influencer marketing proposals and strategies aligned with client objectives, bringing creative and realistic activation ideasmanage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identification, briefing, negotiation, contracting, payments, and content production oversightparticipate in client meetings, presenting campaign status, deliverables, and resultsmonitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimizationensure all campaign phases are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectationsbuild and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partner managerscollaborate with cross-functional teams (pr, paid media, and content) to deliver fully integrated 360 degrees campaignscontribute to the improvement of processes and best practices within the influencer marketing teamrequirementsbased in mexico city and available to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in the office)minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing (campaigns, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking)proven experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple countries or marketsbachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related fieldsstrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyexperience with digital marketing tools, such as hype auditor, google suite, and data analysisexcellent written and verbal communication skillsproactive, strategic mindset with strong autonomy and adaptabilityexperience working with international clients or in an agency environment is a pluswhat we offercompetitive compensation based on experience and profilecontracted as an independent service providerall necessary work equipment providedperformance-based bonus after 6 months of engagementfinancial bonus for client and team member referrals
