- shown experience of working in a talent acquisition function in an employer brand/talent marketing role.
- experience in working with external vendors.
- strong stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder/influencer.
- experience in using data and recruiting forecasts to build campaign strategy/approach.
- excellent communication skills in english.
- comfortable with working in a fast-paced global environment.
