to enable our clients to focus on what matters most, we employ a customer-centric, hard-working, and talented group of people that act like an owner, do the right thing, and have fun doing it!What we need & what you'll do (responsibilities):as a technical support you will provide support and facilitate communication and collaborationbetween it and other departments, helping to resolve and even avoid preventable glitches andwho you are (qualifications):- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy- basic knowledge of technical support- basic troubleshooting skills- excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving experience- knowledge of definitions such as vpn, ip address, active directory, etc.- have the availability to be able to work 9 hrs.
per day and 5 days per week in our hours of operations from monday to sunday in the schedule of 6:00 am - 11:00 pm- have at least 20 mbps of internet speed
