Overview

our client is looking for a highly motivated outbound sales representative to join the team and manage the full sales cycle for digital marketing services. This role is focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting, handling negotiations, and closing deals with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in newsletter sales, and be comfortable with a range of outbound outreach strategies such as cold calling, email sequences, and social messaging. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals are essential for success in this position.

location: fully remote (work from home) • 9 am – 5 pm est


responsibilities

* conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage new leads for the cost-per-placement model.
* utilize data scraping tools and outbound outreach approaches to generate lead lists and develop effective outreach strategies.
* engage leads through multiple channels (cold calling, emails, social messaging) with personalized approaches to initiate conversations and build relationships.
* develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for follow-up and deal closure.
* manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and closing.
* negotiate with prospects to ensure mutually beneficial terms and drive conversions by presenting tailored offers and demonstrating the value of services.
* maintain and update the crm with accurate lead and client information and log all sales activities.
* develop a deep understanding of client needs and present customized solutions that meet their business objectives; build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with client needs; regularly report on sales performance and provide feedback to leadership.
* communicate performance metrics, sales targets, and conversion rates to support continuous improvement.


qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in newsletter sales or digital marketing.
* fluent in english with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* experience with full sales cycle management from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
* strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
* proficiency in using crm systems to track sales activity, manage leads, and report performance.
* experience with data scraping tools is a plus.
* self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to grow within the company.
