the global partner marketing team is seeking an experienced partner portal experience manager to serve as primary manager for aruba's comprehensive partner portal, tools and services.
reporting to the director, global partner marketing.
worldwide channel engagement experience in enterprise b2b technology is essential.

*how you'll make your mark*:
- always representing the best partner experience and drive the development of the portal strategy.
- define and/or manage execution of portal experience strategy and tactical plan
- align partner experience with corporate and regional objectives/priorities
- define and execute initiatives to drive portal utilization through measurable improvements to the partner experience.
- work closely with cross functional teams across the organization - business groups, marketing, sales, digital media, creative services, training, support, etc.
to develop compelling partner portal services, assets and experience, including persona-based experience.
- maintain partner portal pages, content, and localization
- develop/own partner experience dashboard with associated metrics/goals/ benchmarks; track/report progress against them
- manage and respond to incoming partner portal related questions and requests
- perform marketing support activities as needed, e.g., budget tracking, po/accrual management, asset fulfillment
*about you*:
- technical university or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years working in a b2b channel organization.
- 3+ years working with partner portal implementation and administration.
- experience driving measurable improvements to the partner experience.
- experience working in a global organization with a global partner program.
- sales and/or channel experience a plus.
- understanding of partner communities/business models
- knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
- project and budget management skills.
- strong written/oral communications.
- strong analytical skills.
- ability to collaboration and negotiate effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
- ability to multi-task within a fast moving organization
- superb organization skills and project management skills with attention to details
