*key responsibilities*:- develop a deep understanding of siila's products, data, and the commercial real estate market to *build credibility* and serve as a *trusted advisor* to clients.
- *actively identify* and *qualify new business* opportunities, leveraging a consultative selling approach to tailor solutions to client needs.
- engage with prospects through persistent outreach, *effective listening,* and thoughtful presentations to communicate siila's value proposition.
- *build* and *maintain* a *robust pipeline* of prospects, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- take initiative to experiment, refine processes, and share ideas to help siila *scale* in the *mexican market* and beyond.
- represent siila at industry events and forums, networking to expand market presence and *generate leads*.
- build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders, *maintaining trust* and *delivering value*.
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and *exceptional client experiences*.
*what makes you a great fit*:- bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- a minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably within commercial real estate, technology, or a related industry.
- strong business sense with the ability to *qualify prospects effectively* and identify opportunities for *tailored solutions.
