Warehouse management
a highly motivated warehouse supervisor is required to manage receipt, movement, and dispatch activities in the warehouse. The successful candidate will analyze and resolve issues related to warehouse transactions, determine and refine key performance indicators (kpis) for the warehouse, ensure warehouse team members meet their kpi targets, review and manage warehouse resources, manpower, and space, track and monitor inventory levels and warehouse efficiency, order necessary supplies to support warehouse operations, continuously improve and optimize workflow and processes, and maintain a well-managed and maintained facility, assets, equipment, and supplies.
key responsibilities:
* manage receipt, movement, and dispatch activities in the warehouse.
* analyze and resolve issues related to warehouse transactions.

* ensure warehouse team members meet their kpi targets.

requirements:
* high school graduate with 5 years of relevant supervising experience.
* flexibility to work on night shifts.
* ability to read, write, speak, and listen in english.
* proficiency in microsoft office software (excel, word, powerpoint).
* bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
* oracle/erp operation experience is an asset.
