sales executive takes care of:
· identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.
· maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· understand customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions.
· prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
· negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies and profitability goals.
· coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
· maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the crm system.
· provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
· represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.
· gather customer and market feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
requirements:
· 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
· familiarity with sap systems
· demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
