Sensus change consulting
at sensus, transformation succeeds when strategy, people, and communication move together. We are looking for an experienced change management consultant with strong communication, storytelling, and design capabilities to support complex, technology-enabled transformations.
this role partners closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to translate intent into clarity, narratives into action, and change into sustained adoption.
what you will do
* lead change management across operations and enterprise-level transformation initiatives
* translate business strategy and leadership intent into clear, compelling change narratives
* design and execute integrated change plans, with a strong focus on communications, engagement, and experience design
* create high-quality change assets (presentations, messaging, visual frameworks, storytelling artifacts) that resonate with different audiences
* assess change impact, readiness, and risk—and convert insights into actionable strategies
* advise sponsors and leaders as a trusted change partner, strengthening ownership and alignment
* facilitate workshops and conversations that move people from awareness to commitment
* measure adoption, engagement, and behavior change, continuously refining the approach
what you bring
* proven experience delivering change management in complex transformation environments
* exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence through clear messaging and strong storytelling
* strong visual and design sensibility (experience crafting executive-ready presentations and change materials)
* fluency in verbal and written communication (english required; additional languages a plus)
* a structured, pragmatic, and human-centered approach to change
* familiarity with prosci / adkar or equivalent change frameworks
* comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on outcomes
