Job description:
in this key role, you will drive manufacturing process improvements across multiple assembly process steps. Your primary objective will be to enhance the efficiency and productivity of our operations by identifying and implementing best practices.
you will conduct research to evaluate potential solutions related to changes in equipment selection, procedures, manpower, or training to ensure the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow. Additionally, you will establish and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
another critical aspect of your job will be to review and provide analytical input to documents, such as proposals or other operational procedures, to support studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
you will also be responsible for planning the sequence of operations and procedures and documenting manufacturing standard work and routings. Furthermore, you will conduct process flow analysis and make improvements where necessary.
