Sales manager (leisure) | grand hyatt los cabos
we are looking for a sales manager – leisure to join grand hyatt los cabos.
this position plays a key role in driving the leisure segment, managing strategic accounts, and contributing to the overall commercial success of the resort.
key responsibilities:
manage and grow leisure accounts, including travel advisors, tour operators, and key partners
proactively generate new business and achieve assigned revenue targets
execute sales strategies aligned with the resort's commercial goals
collaborate with revenue, marketing, groups, and weddings teams to maximize opportunities
oversee ecommerce initiatives and support campaign execution
represent the hotel in trade shows, sales missions, and client events
profile:
minimum 2 years of experience as sales manager, preferably in resort environments
strong understanding of leisure distribution channels and market dynamics
analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy
excellent relationship-building and communication skills
fluent english required
