you will work closely with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, evaluate technical requirements, and deliver scalable, high-quality executions across channels.
- analyze campaign briefs and business requirements to design scalable solutions in salesforce marketing cloud.
- build, configure, and manage multi-channel customer journeys using journey builder.
- develop audience segmentation and targeting logic using sql and data extensions.
- create and manage personalized and dynamic campaign content using ampscript and content builder.
- support campaign execution through automation studio workflows, data preparation, and deployment activities.
- build and maintain data extensions, ensuring appropriate structure, data quality, and campaign readiness.
- develop cloud pages, forms, and landing page experiences when required by campaign needs.
- translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions aligned with campaign goals and platform capabilities.
- collaborate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- participate in campaign scoping, solution assessment, and effort estimation.
- troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, personalization, audience selection, and execution workflows.
- contribute to quality, consistency, and operational excellence across campaign development and deployment processes.required education- bachelor's degreepreferred education- nonerequired technical and professional expertise- advanced experience in salesforce marketing cloud, leading the design, build, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns, including campaign execution and management.
- strong expertise in sql and data modeling, including audience segmentation, data extensions management, and data relationship design.
- proven ability to design and execute multi‐channel customer journeys using journey builder, along with automation of workflows through automation studio.
- solid experience in dynamic content personalization using ampscript, combined with hands‐on work in content builder and knowledge of html/css for email development and troubleshooting.
