this is a full-time on-site role for a soporte técnico, located in juárez, chh. The soporte técnico will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and updating technical documentation, and collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical problems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to support requests, diagnosing technical issues, installing and configuring software, and ensuring all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
