as a supervisor-inventory control, you will lead inventory control operations, including tracking and reconciliation of counts, daily cycle validation, and continuous improvement of control procedures.
where is the work: this position will be located in apodaca, nuevo leon.
responsibilities
* oversees workforce planning and allocation to ensure timely execution of cycle counts, accurate adjustment approvals, and daily inventory postings.
* ensures rigorous documentation and maintenance of counting results within master tracking systems to support audit readiness and inventory accuracy.
* leads ongoing analysis and monitoring of count frequency compliance to maintain control standards and mitigate operational risk.
* serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant information related to inventory counting processes.
* conducts root cause analysis for critical variances, including urgent or negative count results, and drives corrective and preventive actions to strengthen inventory reliability.
what you will bring
* bachelor's degree completed.
* minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, warehousing, distribution center, or logistics operations, including personnel supervision or team management.
* advanced proficiency in english.
* advanced excel skills.
* experience with data analytics or business intelligence tools (such as tableau or power bi) is preferred.
