The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.full professional fluency in english is required, as this role collaborates daily with teams in canada.what you'll dobrand marketing & campaign execution- support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the canadian market.
* collaborate with brand managers, digital marketing, and external agencies.
* coordinate end-to-end npi marketing support, including assets, toolkits, and digital content.
* manage day-to-day marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
* support consumer promotions, sponsorships, and marketing events.
* source, localize, and manage marketing content from canadian and u. S. media banks.
* conduct competitive and market analysis and translate insights into action.marketing operations & administration- track and reconcile marketing budgets.
* process and follow up on marketing invoices.
* support vendor setup and maintenance in sap or similar systems.
* coordinate with finance on vendor payments and issue resolution.
* provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team.what we're looking for- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
* minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or marketing associate role.
* strong execution skills with the ability to anticipate next steps and manage multiple priorities.
* advanced english (written and verbal) is mandatory.
* excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote, international teams.
* strong attention to detail and financial discipline.
* advanced excel and power point skills.
* working knowledge of adobe creative suite.
* experience with sap or erp systems is a plus.
* availability to travel to canada when required
