the role
* produce high-quality communications across various formats, including paid ads, video scripts, emails, website content, sales materials, and training resources.
* help convert users into leads by creating inspiring and captivating acquisition content.
* create content for product pages, landing pages, and case studies from concept to execution.
* collaborate with different teams (sales, design, product marketing) on marketing initiatives like campaigns, webinars, events, and videos.
* craft engaging copy to attract and convert the right users, driving engagement, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
* develop communications related to lead acquisition and campaign launches to attract new customers.
* combine business insights, content, and creativity to develop innovative communication strategies.
* create content highlighting our benefits and differentiators in various formats.
* work with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand the product and identify communication opportunities. Manage freelance copywriters from briefing to optimization.
* fluent in portuguese and english.
* passionate about branding, storytelling, and copywriting, with the ability to transform product and sales info into captivating narratives.
* experience creating copies for digital assets focused on performance.
* excellent communication and organizational skills.
* comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to switch between projects as priorities change.

* experience creating content for various channels within a saas environment.
* experience creating hr-related content in different formats.
* familiarity with hubspot or other email marketing automation tools.
* experience using cms platforms like dato, wordpress, or hubspot.
