Overview
Join to apply for the Site Reliability Engineer role at One Inc. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Mid-level SRE to join our small, agile team. This role focuses on enhancing and supporting our current monitoring infrastructure, onboarding new systems into our monitoring processes, and fine-tuning alerts and rules. You will work in a fast-paced environment with supportive mentors, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our systems on Azure cloud.
Responsibilities
- Assist in growing and improving our monitoring solutions, including onboarding new infrastructure components
- Support and maintain existing systems by adjusting alerts, rules, and configurations as needed
- Collaborate with the team to streamline incident response and system reliability
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues proactively
- Document processes and best practices to ensure stability and knowledge sharing
- Stay eager to learn new tools, technologies, and practices to enhance system reliability
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate experience with Linux shell scripting and Python or other scripting languages
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
- Experience with log aggregation and processing tools like Vector or FluentD
- Attention to detail and carefulness when configuring and managing systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and proactive communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow within an SRE or DevOps environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Azure cloud services
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving team with stable processes
