We have embarked on an extensive transformation of our procurement operating model, focusing on implementing industry best practices and optimizing supplier spending.
As the sourcing category manager at qualtrics, you will be working on establishing a resilient supply base, which will yield best value, including best-in-class tco, slas, and other terms of partnership. This role supports qualtrics' business globally and will require strong acumen, innovative (out of the box) approaches, and a resilient attitude. - act as a leader for the sourcing organization, driving sound, methodical, and ever-improving category space
- drive value for qualtrics via its supply base, delivering savings, sound cash management, and value add partnerships
- lead strategic sourcing projects with business executives while running a full portfolio of sourcing relationships
- act as a consultant to business partners in the supplier sourcing process, communicating approach for supplier agreement negotiations and/or ongoing projects
- partner with internal organizations to: define moderate to complex product and/or service requirements; assist with identifying suppliers; run rfx process and evaluations; provide supplier evaluation framework; and make recommendations on supplier selection
- conduct analysis, coordinate key partner participation (legal, tax, information security, finance, etc.), and execute supporting administrative processes
