Bachelor's degree preferredminimum five (5) years of sales leadership experience in similar sized operation required, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotelmust have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, catering sales, conference service and marketing management experience, guest relations and etiquettebasic understanding of legal contract languageproven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values
