岗位职责:
1、根据公司业务发展需要,梳理人事服务流程,跟进落实各项人事服务的提供,保证人事服务流程的效率及质量;
2、负责海外分公司人事工作的开展,基于业务发展需要,搭建人事团队,制定业务板块3-5年的人力资源规划,为业务发展提供支持;
3、负责海外分公司招聘工作的开展,制定年度招聘计划并跟进实施,保证业务团队人员填充速度及质量;
4、负责海外分公司员工关系工作的开展,包含员工满意度调查及员工关怀活动策划等,保证分公司和谐稳定的工作氛围;
5、上级交代的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、统招本科及以上学历,英语可以作为工作语言,会西语加分项;
2、5-10年人力资源相关工作经验,熟悉中国/墨西哥劳动法,在拉美地区工程公司经验者优先考虑;
3、能熟练使用办公软件,具备一定的网络知识;
4、具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力及抗压能力;
5、认同公司文化及核心价值观,热爱人力资源工作,职业素养高,能接受常驻墨西哥
Job Responsibilities:
1. Streamline HR service processes based on company business development needs, oversee the delivery of all HR services to ensure efficiency and quality;
2. Lead HR operations for overseas subsidiaries, build HR teams aligned with business growth requirements, develop 3-5 year HR plans for business segments to support operational expansion;
3. Lead recruitment efforts for overseas subsidiaries, develop annual hiring plans and oversee implementation to ensure timely and quality staffing of business teams;
4. Manage employee relations for overseas subsidiaries, including conducting satisfaction surveys and planning employee care initiatives to foster a harmonious and stable work environment;
5. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a nationally recognized institution; English proficiency required for work communication; Spanish proficiency preferred;
2. 5-10 years of HR-related experience, familiarity with Chinese/Mexican labor laws; preference given to candidates with experience at engineering companies in Latin America;
3. Proficiency in office software and basic network knowledge;
4. Strong learning ability, communication skills, teamwork spirit, and resilience under pressure;
5. Alignment with company culture and core values, passion for HR work, high professional integrity, and willingness to be based in Mexico.
