we are seeking a skilled web development manager to oversee the development and optimization of our global marketing website and associated landing pages and sub-domains.
this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our web engineering efforts, drive innovation, and deliver high-quality digital experiences.
the successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing scalable, responsive, and performant web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
they will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with various systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
key responsibilities
* develop and maintain marketing web platforms and experiences, writing efficient code using html, css, javascript, react, next.js, and npm.
* ensure responsiveness and performance, delivering engaging digital experiences.
* serve as a cms technical expert, configuring custom inputs that push to the front-end application via json.
* own the domain, supporting additional subdomains used by various teams, ensuring consistent engineering across digital properties.
* provide martech support, including marketo landing page and form optimization, html support with swoogo, and managing vidyard, marketo, and greenhouse webhooks.
* collaborate with creative teams for layout and wireframing, delivering optimized templates.
* manage project scope, priorities, and goals with various stakeholders.
* support technical seo efforts, including best practices and technical implementation.
requirements
essential skills and qualifications
* web engineering expertise: 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including html, css, and javascript.
* modern framework proficiency: strong experience with responsive web design, javascript (es6), node, and git.
* react proficiency: proficient in react and react-based frameworks.
* cms mastery: extensive experience creating and customizing content management systems.
* web hook management: experience managing webhooks, including vidyard, marketo, and greenhouse.
* cookie compliance management: extensive experience managing cookie compliance providers.
* marketing technology acumen: familiarity with marketo, sass, and agile methodologies.
* scalability & performance: understanding functional and reactive programming paradigms.
* execution & collaboration: solid portfolio demonstrating the development of high-performing b2b saas websites.
* english proficiency: strong english language proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with global teammates.
