What will you do?- a love for brands and consumers: crafting exceptional brand strategies- on-going market and brand understanding at consumer and shopper level (brand measures, competition monitoring, media, and consumer/shopper behaviors)- get to know our consumer to design and propose a truly engaging and relevant marketing plan- on going market performance understanding at brand-segment level to spot opportunities (market share, channel perspective, distribution, price index, promotions, etc)- execute brand communication/activation 360 degree.- keep consistency of brand communication across all channels and consumer/shopper touch points.- own and drive preparation and execution of full package to consumer/shopper for national promotions, launches, relaunches, activations- lead brand’s projects (innovation, relaunches, campaigns, etc) with cross functional teams (local & global)- coordinate and lead tracking of your brand and the full category p&l against business objectives.- support senior management to drive profitable & consistent business growth
key requirements- bachelor’s degree within business, marketing, business administration or related field- innovation and communication development experience (develop business cases, market deployment, campaign development, etc.)- a proactive, collaborative, resourceful and “can do” attitude- a high attention to detail, process-oriented, data driven and a motivated self-starter- ability to drive impactful action and engage with/influence different team members as well as key stakeholders and senior leadership- p&l management- project-management and strategic thinking skills- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules- bias for action and a strong ability to build ideas and make things happen- ability to drive impactful action and engage with/influence different team members as well as key stakeholders and senior leadership- advanced english proficiency
