We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Leader to oversee the smooth functioning of our front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the Front Desk, Bellboy, and Housekeeping teams.
- Ensure seamless operations for arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest services.
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Laundry to guarantee flawless operations.
- Monitor guest feedback and audits, implementing action plans to continually improve satisfaction.
- Manage departmental schedules, KPIs, and budgeting.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain the highest levels of service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in luxury hospitality.
- Proven background in customer service at international/luxury hotels.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working under AAA service standards.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field (desired).
- Knowledge of hotel systems.
