*position summary*:
*essential functions*:
- drive monthly collection efforts to achieve customer and team total targets.
- understanding specific customer traits to be able to support customer changes/ issues.
- responsible for cash forecasting on a monthly basis, including an understanding of variances to forecasts.
*required skills*:
- strong skills in microsoft office, specifically excel.
- able to confidently and efficiently correspond to all levels of management.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- shows commitment to process improvement.
- strong knowledge of erp systems preferred.
- excellent organizational skill and professional communication skills
*required experience*:
- 1+ years of ar accounting experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- erp experience preferred (sap preferred)
- ability to work in a fast pace environment
- knowledge of financial methodologies.
*education*:
- bachelor’s degree in accounting/related field or relevant experience
