Role description
this is a full-time, on-site role located in león, gto., for a recepcionist. The recepcionist will manage daily front desk activities, welcome and assist visitors and patients, answer and direct phone calls, and serve as the first point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include handling appointment scheduling, maintaining records, assisting patients with inquiries, and ensuring smooth workflow in a professional and friendly manner.
qualifications
* bachelor degree in administration, business management, or similar (desired).
* high school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
* 2 years of experience in receptionist duties (mandatory).
* excellent customer service abilities and effective communication skills.
* strong phone etiquette and the ability to multitask efficiently.
* attention to detail and organizational skills.
* a polite, approachable, and professional demeanor.
* proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software is a plus.
* previous experience in a front-office or customer-facing role is preferred.
* bilingual proficiency in spanish and english is an advantage (desired).

* $13,000 mxn monthly gross salary + law benefits.
* schedule: monday to friday 10:00 to 20:00 hrs. Saturday 10:00 to 14:00 hrs.
