as *senior brand manager* you will assure category development and growth with excellence across the 5p 's, and regular business updates. You will be responsible to build the strategic brand growth plans by identifying the biggest opportunities, build and develop a plan to achieve and surpass short & mid-term objectives.
*principal responsibilities*
- fully implement growth plans
- p&l management and budget planning & control
- support commercial planning
- follow-up promotions, new products launch grid, shopper events & equity campaigns
- develop talent
*basic requirements*
- bachelor's degree business administration, industrial engineering, marketing or related
- between 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing or similar experience in a commercial area
- advanced english level
- leadership and interpersonal skills
- nielsen advisor / answers
- sap is a plus
