responsibilities
* take ownership of business development by leading lead mining, conducting in‑depth lead validation, and executing strategic seller outreach to drive pipeline growth.
* conduct analysis of the seller onboarding funnel, identify bottlenecks through data‑driven insights, and formulate actionable optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
* deeply engage in the design and delivery of seller training programs and support initiatives, including developing campaign frameworks, curating webinar content, and providing personalized guidance to enhance seller performance.
* plan and execute operational strategies, content roadmaps, and growth initiatives for assigned seller segments, aligning with business objectives to drive scale and engagement.
* act as a key liaison in meetings with partners, contribute to strategic discussions, and lead cross‑team communication to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of collaborative projects.
* analyze and interpret store performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and support measurable results.
* support the development of strategies to grow store sales and identify key actions to improve results.
qualifications
