Position summary:
the talent acquisition and people development hr business partner expert lead strategic recruitment and employee development initiatives to attract, retain, and grow top talent. This role ensures alignment with business objectives and regal rexnord’s core values, fostering a high-performance and future-ready workforce.
Responsibilities:
talent acquisition
- design and implement recruitment strategies across all organizational levels, including operational, technical, professional, managerial, and executive roles, to ensure the acquisition of high-quality, diverse talent across all functions.
- partner with hiring managers and hr teams to define job requirements and competencies.
- manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing (using the who method), offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- utilize tools like talent hub and predictive index (pi) for data-driven hiring decisions.
- lead relationships with universities and technical schools to support internship and assuring future people pipeline.
People development
- develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new employees into the organization, fostering engagement, productivity, and alignment with company culture and values
- design and implement development programs for high-potential talent and future leaders.
- align workforce planning with business strategy and succession planning.
- facilitate performance management and talent review processes using talent hub.
- coach managers on leadership effectiveness and employee engagement.
- lead action planning based on engagement results.
- support diversity, engagement & inclusion (dei) initiatives.
- design and deploy role-specific training and certification programs for operators, technicians, and salary employees.

- improve process orientation with sops and internal controls for hr activities.
- ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- manage kpis like track aged requisitions, fill rates, screen volumes, development progress, compliance status etc.
- perform any other functions required by the nature of the position.
- adhere to the standards and guiding principles outlined in the organization's code of ethics and conduct, ensuring integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making in all professional activities.
Required education / experience / skills: excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration or related field (master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in hr, with a focus on recruitment and talent development.
- strong knowledge of hr systems, recruitment platforms, and assessment tools.
- excellent communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
- ability to manage budgets.
