During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Bring your passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions
• Effectively handle calls from existing customers while identifying and handling all sales opportunities start to close
What You Bring to the Role
• Sales aptitude and active listening skills to target the needs of existing customers, with the motivation and determination to capture sales cues and upsell products and services that meet those needs
• 6 months of call center and/or customer service experience
• Advanced English and Spanish both written and spoken
• Currently live in Mexico City or the immediate surroundings
• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously (multitask)
• Competency using Microsoft Windows
