we are looking for a mid-level production designer to support high-impact visual execution across digital, social, motion, video, print, and presentation materials.
This is a hands‑on production role focused on translating approved concepts, wireframes, and brand systems into polished, production‑ready assets. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and brings precision, speed, and strong attention to detail to every deliverable.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in digital production or visual design (agency experience preferred)
proven ability to deliver high volumes of multi‑format assets
strong visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy, color)
experience translating wireframes into polished, production‑ready designs
proficiency in figma and adobe creative suite
working knowledge of after effects and premiere pro
experience creating and managing canva templatessolid understanding of export specifications, compression, responsive size sets, and accessibility basics
strong file organization and version control practices
ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
clear communicator and collaborative team player
nice to have
experience in high‑output agency environments
advanced motion design or video editing skills
experience adapting assets for global campaigns
familiarity with ai‑assisted production tools
role breakdown
design & production (≈80%)
execute high volumes of on‑brand assets across social, digital campaigns, web, email, marketing collateral, presentations, and print. Resize and adapt assets across multiple formats and placements while maintaining strict brand consistency and production standards.
Quality assurance (≈10%)
ensure deliverables meet brand and technical standards through thorough self‑reviews, clean file structures, and organized version control.
Efficiency & collaboration (≈10%)
manage multiple deadlines efficiently, communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams, and continuously optimize workflows and production processes.
