The brand manager leads the end‑to‑end brand strategy, brand governance, and integrated marketing execution for strategic comex brands. This role ensures brand consistency, drives consumer relevance, and partners with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective, insight‑driven creative work.
Key responsibilities
define and lead the brand strategy, including positioning, value proposition, important messages, and communication guidelines aligned with comex's goals.
Lead the execution of brand communication plans, integrating campaigns and in‑store activations to ensure strategic coherence and growth.
Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing creative processes, timelines, budgets, and deployment across all channels in close collaboration with creative and media agencies and other teams.
Analyze brand and campaign performance, applying market research, brand tracking, communication results, and data to produce relevant insights and optimization recommendations.
Identify market, consumer, and cultural trends to keep the brand connected to consumer needs.
Manage main marketing processes, including procurement, promotions, budget planning, and expense control, in compliance with corporate policies.
Collaborate with trade marketing, media & sponsorships, digital, e‑commerce, sales, and crm teams to ensure aligned brand execution across the entire customer journey.
Develop brand team talent.
Qualifications
bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related fields.
7–10+ years of experience in brand management within consumer goods, retail, or similarly complex categories.
5+ years of experience leading 360 communication campaigns and production processes.
5+ years of experience with corporate marketing processes and budget management.
Intermediate to advanced english proficiency.
