*benefits*:

- salary: $20,000 mxn - $22,000 mxn gross per month.
- attendance bonus $2,000.00 mxn
- grocery vouchers 10% of salary at permanent contract
- referral program up to $500
- monday to friday
- 7am till 4pm

what you'll do:

- be the guardian of excellence by monitoring customer interactions and helping our agents shine
- coach and mentor our customer-facing teams with a positive, encouraging approach
- deep dive into data to spot trends and recommend game-changing improvements
- lead engaging coaching sessions both virtually and in-person

you're perfect for this role if you have:

- a track record of 2+ years in quality assurance, preferably in a call center environment
- experience in coaching or training that makes others say "wow!
- communication skills that would make shakespeare proud
- tech-savvy abilities to navigate multiple platforms (google drive, crm, five9, enthu)
- a knack for maintaining confidentiality and building trust
