job purpose:
we are seeking a webflow specialist with strong technical and creative expertise to manage and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will work with internal teams to ensure our websites deliver outstanding ux/ui while maintaining technical performance and governance standards. This is a critical role that bridges content, design, and code.

* location: 100% remote – latam preferred
* schedule: monday to friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (nicaragua time)

main responsibilities
* collaborate with content creators to review product descriptions, media assets, and ensure website consistency and brand alignment.
* create visually stunning and responsive websites using webflow's design and hosting platform.
* make quick ui/ux adjustments using html, css, and javascript.
* collaborate with clients and teams to translate design concepts into functional web experiences.
* customize webflow sections and components to meet visual and functional expectations.
* manage templates, content blocks, and workflows within webflow and related cms platforms.
* optimize web designs for performance, seo, and user experience.
* lead qa, quality control, and content governance practices across digital platforms.
* ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
* analyze web metrics (e.g., lighthouse) and recommend performance improvements.
* ensure software quality, security, scalability, and compliance with web standards.
* stay updated on webflow features and design trends.
* iterate on web designs based on client feedback and project goals.
* maintain and update websites, implementing new features and content as needed.
academic background
* bachelor's degree in web design, computer science, visual communication, or a related field
* webflow or cms certifications are a plus
required experience
* +4 years of experience building high-impact websites using webflow
* proven ability to create visually engaging, responsive websites using webflow's design and hosting platform.
* proficient in figma or adobe xd for ui design and collaboration with creative teams.
* experience with adobe creative suite for asset manipulation, export, and optimization for web.
* strong command of html, css, and javascript for custom interactions and component-level adjustments.
* expertise in translating design concepts and wireframes into functional, responsive web experiences.
* experience optimizing websites for performance, seo, and accessibility (lighthouse, core web vitals)
* solid understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
* familiarity with usability testing methodologies and feedback loops for design iteration.
* ability to maintain and update webflow websites, implementing new content and features as needed.
* effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and clients.
* experience working in agile environments using scrum and kanban methodologies.
* proficiency with jira and other task or project management tools (asana, trello, clickup).
* excellent communication and documentation skills in both spanish and english.
nice to have
* webflow expert certification or completion of advanced webflow university modules.
* experience working with webflow cms api, custom code embeds, and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., zapier, make, airtable).
* background in motion design or experience with lottie animations for interactive content.
* knowledge of accessibility standards (wcag) and implementation of inclusive web experiences.
* familiarity with version control systems like git for managing design/dev collaboration
* previous experience working with multilingual/multiregional websites and localization practices.
* exposure to analytics tools (google analytics, hotjar) to inform design decisions through data.
