about the role:
we sell nearshoring services from mexico to the u.s., focused on accounting talent (cpa firms, finance teams, ag industry). Demand is real — now we need someone to build the pipeline.
what you'll do:
• outbound (linkedin, email, calls) — a lot of it
• target u.s. decision-makers (partners, cfos, controllers)
• qualify leads and book meetings for leadership
• keep crm clean and pipeline moving
what we need:
• 1–3 years in sdr / bdr / outbound sales
• strong english (non-negotiable)
• comfortable with cold outreach + rejection
• bonus: staffing / nearshoring / accounting exposure
