*about the role*
as a *functional/domain consultant - transportation & logistics*, you will make an impact by driving strategic initiatives and optimizing supply chain operations across courier, express & parcel (cep), freight brokerage, and freight forwarding domains.
you will be a valued member of the *logistics consulting team*, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology groups to deliver transformative logistics solutions.
*in this role, you will*:
- serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and it teams to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
- conduct end-to-end process analysis, documenting current workflows and designing future-state models using tools like visio.
- lead functional workshops with internal teams and external service providers to refine business needs and define solution strategies.
- drive agile delivery by defining epics, breaking them into user stories, and writing clear acceptance criteria using tools such as jira.

*what you must have to be considered*
- proven experience in transportation & logistics consulting, especially in cep, freight brokerage, or freight forwarding.
- strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into functional specifications.
- hands-on experience with logistics platforms such as tms or erp systems.
- proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like jira.
- fluency in english and spanish.

- experience leading user acceptance testing (uat) cycles and collaborating with qa teams.
- familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in logistics and supply chain management.
- strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
