*key responsibilities*:
product management and documentation:
- develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and faq materials.
- update product backlogs and strictly track progress on development tasks.
- effectively incorporate continuous q&a and communications with collaborators into centralized mailboxes.
*market research and customer insights*:
- lead business research efforts by collecting and analyzing data on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products.
- prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
*cross-functional collaboration*:
- work closely with other product team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- collaborate and engage in team meetings, offering insights on product strategy and planning, and detailing actions and sharing project feedback with different teams of collaborators.
*product testing and quality assurance*:
- coordinate product testing and quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing and bug tracking.
