Hr training lead job description
this role is responsible for developing, promoting and leading employee training programs within the organization at all levels.
key responsibilities:
* evaluate and improve existing training materials, conduct training sessions, and determine current and future employee training needs.
* analyze organizational training needs, modify or develop innovative training programs to meet the organization's and employees' needs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* evaluate instructor performance and teaching methods, arrange on-the-job training for new hires, and conduct orientation sessions.
* develop educational materials, including visual aids, multimedia learning tools, and training manuals, and schedule continuing skill development classes.
* coordinate internal and external training initiatives.
