able applied technologies is hiring a plant manager to lead our nogales, sonora manufacturing facility supporting large‑scale led display and digital signage production for north america.
this role oversees manufacturing operations in nogales, mexico while coordinating with our nogales, arizona warehousing and shipping operation that supports distribution across the united states and canada.
our products power digital price signs, pump toppers, and led display systems used at tens of thousands of retail locations across north america. With 35+ years in the industry and a 98% customer retention rate, able continues expanding production capacity to support major national retail and fuel brands.
this role is responsible for full operational leadership of a cross‑border electronics manufacturing operation producing led display systems for north american deployment.
key responsibilities
* lead all operations for the nogales, mexico manufacturing facility
* manage production planning, manufacturing output, and operational efficiency
* coordinate with nogales, arizona warehouse, and logistics operations
* lead supervisors, engineers, technicians, and production teams
* ensure high‑quality manufacturing standards and product reliability
* monitor kpis including production output, yield, throughput, and on‑time delivery
* implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs
* oversee equipment performance, preventative maintenance, and plant safety
* support cross‑border logistics and inventory movement into the united states
* manage compliance with all secretaría del trabajo y previsión social (stps) regulations
