As a _sr _strategic sourcing specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the procurement of materials and services in alignment with the business goals. You will be accountable for establishing and executing procurement strategies to achieve the lowest total cost, reduced working capital, and ensure supply continuity. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic global environment._
- in this role, you will impact the company by driving performance-driven commodity and category supply strategies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also contribute to the growth and success of the business by identifying cost-saving opportunities, implementing value engineering initiatives, and eliminating sole/single sources._

- _drive and execute annual and strategic plan with assisting strategies_
- _right and fast execution of strategies to align with business growth and new product introductions_
- _supporting assigned_ category and commodity strategies including spend thoughtfulness, benchmarking, cost, market thoughtfulness, and global technology/economic trends_
- _build new relationships with key supplier guide_
- _work with_ cross functional teams including_ sales, marketing, technology, business, operations, finance, and quality and other advance material businesses_
- _guide supplier selection, rfq and rfi process, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance processes_
- _maintain data integrity & accuracy with prompt update _
- _improve working capital through payment terms extensions, payment cycle optimization, vendor managed inventories_
- _inventory and guide time reductions_
- this position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named solstice advanced materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026._
