Ams digital retail strategy analyst
position: digital analyst within ams digital retail strategy team, global go-to-market advanced analytics organization. Mission is to maximize hp retail online business and sales.
Role: supports ams omnichannel business with daily analytics needs, works on complex problems requiring extensive data evaluation, experimental approach, trend analysis, and provides conclusions and recommendations to management. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities

manage and collect data requirements, prepare and prioritize plans to address stakeholder needs and ensure timely project execution.
Integrate and prepare large, varied datasets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Select key information and develop comprehensive recommendations to optimize business and sales performance.
Consult with business leaders on strategy formulation and related projects.
Influence and inform stakeholders through data analysis and presentation of recommendations.
Collaborate with data science and data engineering teams to extract, manipulate, and validate data for analytic models.
Lead or provide expertise to functional project teams, participate in cross‑functional initiatives.
Handle complex analysis requiring deep evaluation of multiple factors.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in business analytics, digital analytics, data analysis or business strategy.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics preferred.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in excel, sql, powerpoint.
Intermediate knowledge of python.
Experience with data visualization tools such as powerbi.
Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and influence skills.
Good project management skills, including project structuring.
Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
Ability to learn and apply new analytical techniques.

Nice to have

experience with pre‑post and a/b testing.

Digital marketing specialist/manager
role: lead and execute global digital marketing strategy for reboot monkey, responsible for building brand presence, generating leads, increasing traffic, and supporting business development through targeted campaigns across various digital platforms.
Key responsibilities

develop and execute a full‑funnel digital marketing strategy tailored to reboot monkey’s b2b tech services.
Launch and manage performance campaigns on google, linkedin, meta, and other platforms.
Design and optimise conversion funnels to drive sales‑qualified leads for enterprise clients and technical recruitment projects.
Collaborate with sales, talent acquisition, and operations to align messaging and pipeline goals.

Qualifications

bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (master’s preferred).
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, ideally in b2b tech or it services.
Proven track record building and optimizing multi‑channel digital campaigns.
Strong command of tools such as google ads, linkedin ads, meta ads manager, pipedrive, wordpress, ga4, semrush, canva, and similar.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, detail, and design skills.
Data‑oriented mindset with deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
Self‑motivated, proactive, comfortable in an agile, remote‑first environment.

role: planning and execution of online webinars and virtual events as part of arrow electronics’ internal marketing center of excellence. Manage a global calendar to schedule and allocate resources across regions.
Responsibilities

orchestrate all facets of live webinars and virtual events from planning to post‑event reporting.
Set up events on platforms such as microsoft teams live, on24, gotowebinar, and other platforms.
Configure registration pages, email invitations, and manage live broadcast including audio/visual, slide management, recording, and live q&a moderation.
Oversee attendee experience, manage event templates, troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinate invitation process, build targeted lists, send communications, monitor registrations.
