*the role*required skills : business analysis, process re-engineering, gap analysis, requirements gathering, feature/user story creation*responsibilities*- lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
- oversee the development and implementation of reporting solutions to meet business needs.
- provide expertise in jira to manage and track project progress.
- utilize proprietary video tools to support project deliverables.
- manage portfolio and project management (ppm) activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

*qualifications*- bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience- 5-7 years of business analyst experience- 2 + years of experience working in media industry- strong business background with the ability to facilitate business asks into business outcomes while working with scrum teams.
- experience translating business asks into requirements and user stories- experience effectively working with development teams to deliver business outcomes- experience validating business asks through user acceptance testing.
- experience working with uml, api based architecture and using swagger- demonstrated experience problem solving and developing products from scratch- ability to handle ambiguity and white space.
