job description: we seek a proactive and skilled saas account manager to oversee the successful deployment and ongoing management of highlevel. This role involves client onboarding, training, support, and strategic consulting to ensure our clients fully leverage the platform to achieve their business goals.
key responsibilities:
* facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the modified highlevel platform.
* provide comprehensive training sessions to clients, helping them understand and utilize the software's enhanced features.
* offer ongoing support to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
* consult with clients to develop strategies that maximize the effectiveness of the highlevel platform in their operations.
* analyze client data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* proactively upsell additional services and features that can benefit clients.
* monitor client satisfaction and retention, implementing measures to reduce churn and enhance client loyalty.
* collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
qualifications:
* exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
* strong background in digital marketing, including experience with ppc, seo, and website optimization.
* passionate about leveraging technology and marketing automation to drive business growth.
* deep understanding of crm systems, integrations, and workflow automation.
* proficient in analyzing marketing data and generating actionable insights.
* prior experience in a saas environment, preferably with highlevel or similar marketing automation and crm platforms ie: hubspot.
* knowledge of experience in coding (python or javascript) would be a bonus.
* ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
requirements:
* experience with highlevel or similar crm platforms is highly desirable.
* experience with zapier & creating integrations between multiple platforms.
* demonstrated success in a client-facing role, with a focus on onboarding, training, and support.
* strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with excellent time management and self-motivation.
